Investments that promote new economies in the medium and long term should be reflected in improvements in the welfare of society in an economic space. The purpose of this document is to analyze the relative efficiency of public investment spending financed by the Government, in the regions of Peru for the period 2010-2020. For this, a systematic review of the indexed scientific bibliography or specialized articles on public investment in the agricultural sector and rural poverty has been carried out.
