In this study, we sought to understand the legal significance of the non-imputability of adolescent offenders with a criminal incidence from the perspective of legal operators in Peru within a framework of juvenile delinquency. The research approach is qualitative, applying a grounded theory design through an interview guide administered to two family justice magistrates, three prosecutors from the same legal branch and two police officers on duty in the Peruvian capital.
