The purpose of this paper is to analyze the unconventional political participation of five labor unions who marked their presence in the streets during the presidential campaign as well as accompanying the elected president of Peru during his short term acting as a shock force in the years 2021-2022, these unions developed under the context of a political, institutional, economic and health crisis, The analysis consists in describing from the experience of its actors how the political participation of these unions that demanded the change of the neoliberal model and the construction of a new constituent assembly developed. The method of this work was qualitative, of phenomenological design because an interview is applied to 05 maximum representatives of organizations that demand deep changes and therefore make unconventional politics, during the electoral process and the presidential inauguration of Mr. Pedro Castillo-Terones.
