Organizational culture is one of the most exciting areas in organizational management, with the significant development of assessment tools in the last four decades, most prominently organizational culture assessment tools. The purpose of this study is to describe from a general perspective the application of the organizational culture assessment tool in different countries and organizational contexts. A systematic review of the literature was carried out, based on the PRISMA methodology, identifying 22 articles in the Web of Science (WoS) and SCOPUS databases, which were considered relevant for the study. The search was analyzed. The use of this tool predominates in educational and medical contexts, with validations in certain languages.
