The objective of the study is to: Describe Political Corruption and its institutionality within the Public Function before, during, and post-sanitary emergency, in order to formulate Caustic Procedural proposals; is that corruption is a problem with significant influence on the politics and economy of a country. To combat it, it is necessary to strengthen institutions and transparency, as well as foster a culture of ethics and values in political leaders. It is necessary to implement transparency measures and strengthen the institutions that fight against corruption to address this problem effectively. The methodology is of a qualitative approach, purposeful design, descriptive level, basic type that used the documentary analysis technique. The conclusion is that it is necessary to implement effective measures to address the underlying causes and consequences of corruption. Its causticity is raised at the regulatory and executive level as Civil Death to corrupt officials and public dishonor.
