This study aimed to investigate how fundamental education interacts with traditional school administration. During the analysis, four categories were considered: management and executive leadership, management in the field of education, administration and communities. The review concluded that principal engagement is crucial for effective school administration and that he or she needs to possess strong professional skills to engage in transformational, distributive, educational, and community-uniting leadership. To achieve this, you must involve them in the process and give them a first-rate education so that society can change of the needs of a nation. Therefore, principals must become the mentors and allies that teachers need to overcome their obstacles instead of exercising so much administrative authority. supervise activities that help students achieve their goals, improve their teaching practice, overcome their obstacles and complete a meaningful education. As a result, a school led by a transformational leader who employs effective delivery and pedagogical strategies is more likely to ensure high-quality education.
