The main objective of this scientific literature review article is to identify theories related to concurrent control in the execution of public works, with basic research and a non-empirical descriptive design, where the study of various articles published in scientific journals is carried out. In short, the concurrent control service is a contribution to the identification of adverse situations so that the work is not paralyzed and is carried out satisfactorily, which is why it is essential to extend this control service at all levels of government, ensuring its financing, to ensure the scope of large-scale works and effectively administer management of public goods and services at the national level, in interest of citizens.
