The main objective of this study was to analyze the influence of Results-Based Budgeting and Spending Quality in the management of Budget Programs in the health sector. Through an exhaustive bibliographic review in various databases, it was established that both the Results-Based Budget and the quality of spending have a positive impact on several key aspects of management in the field of health, including health management, financial and human resources of budget programs in the health sector. This finding highlights the importance of adequate allocation of public resources and efficient and effective spending execution.
