Organizational learning is the process of creating, retaining, transferring and using knowledge within an organization. The objective of this research was to conduct a review of the literature published in the period 2018-2023 on organizational learning in Peru. Methodology used was systematic review of the scientific literature related to organizational learning in Peru in Scopus, Web of Sciences, Scielo and Latindex databases. Prisma guide was applied for selection of studies and Strobe to evaluate the editorial and methodological quality. At initial search, 860 scientific articles were identified, of which 420 were screened included organizational learning variable in the title or summary. Based on application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 12 scientific publications were meta-analyzed. Majority of studies (91.67%) were published between the years 2020-2022, published mainly between Peru (25%), Venezuela (25%) and Mexico (25%), and a smaller proportion (16.67%) In colombia.
