The main objective of this research study was to determine if there is an impact between entrepreneurship culture and business formalization, it had a quantitative approach, of the applied type, at a correlational-causal level; had a sample of 365 minor vehicle transporters from Tarapoto to whom 2 questionnaires with 15 questions each on a Likert type response scale were applied, the results were obtained that there is a relationship between the study variables of 0.849 with a p-value significance of 0.001. And it is concluded that the culture of entrepreneurship positively and directly influences business formalization.
