The research presented as an objective to determine the relationship between cooperative learning and virtual teaching in undergraduate students of a public university; for which an investigation was carried out with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental cross-sectional design and a correlational level, with a sample of 112 students who were surveyed with the Cooperative Learning Assessment Scale (EVAC-I) and the Environment Teaching Test. Virtual (TEEV-I); both instruments with high reliability and validated by expert judgment. The results showed that the students perceived a cooperative learning of low level (53%) and an ineffective virtual teaching (76%); It was also found that there is a low significant positive relationship between cooperative learning and virtual teaching (r=0.202 and p=0.000). It was concluded that there is a lack of knowledge of teachers to implement the cooperative learning strategy, taking into account that their knowledge of technological resources is minimal.
