The research titled “Evaluation of Environmental Culture in a district of Metropolitan Lima, 2024” seeks to support Sustainable Development Goal 12, which refers to responsible production and consumption, promoting sustainable management and efficient use of resources. natural, such as the significant reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse activities the general objective was to identify how the environmental culture of public employees in the municipality of San Juan de Miraflores influences, 2024. The type of research is applied, the proposed design is non-experimental and a quantitative approach. The population considered for this study were the workers of the environmental management of the district municipality of San Juan de Miraflores. The result obtained in the research was that there is a high relationship between environmental culture and solid waste management. It is concluded that environmental culture has a very significant influence on the variable solid waste management of the District Municipality of San Juan de Miraflores.
