One of the problems that exists in high Andean public educational institutions is the teaching practice that is not related to educational management, which leads to inadequate educational management and poor teaching practice, which does not allow quality education. The title is Teaching Practice in Educational Management in High Andean Public Educational Institutions in a Province of Lima, 2023. The general objective of the research was to identify the influence of teaching practice in educational management in High Andean Public Educational Institutions, in a province of Lima, 2023 The study has a quantitative approach, a survey was carried out with 60 teachers from alto andina educational institutions in the province of Huaral; The results obtained after a descriptive and inferential analysis gave a result that teaching practice significantly influences educational management, with a Chi-square value = 131.712 with a (Sig. = .000) < 0.05 and an influence Of 98.8% of the teaching practice in educational management in high Andean public institutions, it is concluded that the teaching practice variable influences in a very significant way the educational management variable in high Andean public educational institutions.
