The objective of this research is to determine if institutional strategies have contributed to the attention of emergencies and disasters in a Regional Government of Northern Peru during the year 2023. The methodology used in this research was basic, with a qualitative approach. descriptive level. The study population is made up of 7 officials to whom the interview was applied. As a result, financial strategies are used by the three levels of government, the articulations and coordinations that contribute to the effective care of the victim. As conclusions, financial strategies are used by entities at the three levels of government; However, it is not running at 100\%. Likewise, coordination, articulation, monitoring and evaluation play a transcendental role, which contribute to the care of the victim and to monitor the interventions.
