After the pandemic, the study houses have innovated their work plan, with the aim of continuing the educational service, it is also a need and requirement of today’s society, since the use of digital tools is essential. Therefore, the objective of this article was to make known the expectations that students have regarding the hybrid teaching model after the pandemic, being an appropriate strategy to achieve significant learning. Methodologically, a systematic review was carried out on platforms such as Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc, Google Academic, journal articles and doctoral theses between the years 2021 and 2023 were also reviewed, in Spanish and English, highlighting that this model is appropriate due to its flexibility, it is ubiquitous, promotes collaborative work, it also presents disadvantages such as lack of connectivity, inadequate preparation in the use of ICT and lack of knowledge of educational applications. In conclusion, this model is increasingly used in many study houses, it has also been shown that for many it is still difficult to use it, which leads us to reflect on looking for better strategies for its application and execution in the annual plans of the teachers.
