In this context, exploring entrepreneurship emerges as an opportunity to enrich educational training, cultivating skills through pedagogical approaches that stimulate creativity, incorporate playful methods, foster leadership, and teach ethics and values. Educators play a critical role in facilitating this training. The study examines national development programs that have influenced the country’s economic growth and the strengthening of entrepreneurial training. The objective of research was to explore and select relevant information about entrepreneurship education in global educational field. A qualitative investigation was developed through a descriptive documentary review. The literature search focused on specific period from 2018 to 2023 and selected articles or reviews published in Portuguese, English or Spanish that specifically addressed the topic of business education. In parallel, a bibliographic review was carried out through a bibliographic design to analyze various knowledge management and dissemination actions formulated in government programs to ensure the promotion of entrepreneurship in the field of education. Searches in Spanish used keywords such as government policy, public educational policy, business skills, entrepreneurship, school entrepreneurship, secondary education, youth, vocational education, and attitudes. Research becomes important by recognizing the need to learn to undertake and foster the spirit of initiative, being a fundamental concern in educational field.
