The objective of the research was to determine if there is a direct and significant relationship between school management, directive leadership and the graduation profile of students from the institutions of the Santa Cruz, Huaylas – 2023 educational network. The study is subject to the correlational design multivariable structural, likewise the type of research is empirical with an associative strategy, not a descriptive experimental one. The discussion of results is the product of the systematic review of various antecedents in relation to the topic of study. The census population is made up of 168 people, including directors, teachers and administrators who work in the educational institutions under study; The information was collected through the questionnaire in all cases. The correlation results of school management and directive leadership with the Graduation Profiles are statistically significant, but show moderate or weak associations and both correlations have a small effect size; However, the correlation is statistically significant and strong between School Management and Directive Leadership, supported by a robust positive covariance. The results provide valuable information on the interrelationships of the variables in the context of regular basic education, highlighting the importance of management and leadership for school improvement.
