The objective of this article was to answer the following question: What relationship exists between the digital education of teachers and the teaching-learning process in the educational institutions of the province of Huamalíes, Huánuco 2023 region? A systematic review was used, following the guidelines established in the PRISMA statement, regarding the search, selection and validation criteria of the articles to be studied. A combination of different forms of information presentation is evident (graphics, texts, animation, audio and video). The individual characteristics of students are taken into account; the amount of teaching and learning material mediated by technology. Regarding the resources used, use of materials with different categories of complexity was evident.
