This study arose from the problematic existence of some hospital spaces of not having natural lighting within a hospital, in outpatient consultation and hospitalization, which are those units that must be illuminated with natural light and in some way have a positive impact on the patients. The objective was to determine the influence of natural light in hospital spaces. This allows us to realize that spaces that have natural lighting instead of artificial lighting generate a better mood in humans. The methodology used is descriptive – quantitative, surveys were used to somehow measure the benefits of natural light, the results obtained were 90% that natural lighting in spaces is necessary, because this generates in humans being in a comfortable space and therefore it has an impact on your mood and as conclusions we have that there are benefits of natural light in architectural spaces.
