The objective of this research was to determine the influence of entrepreneurial culture in strengthening the entrepreneurial vision in students of international business school of a private university, Chiclayo 2022. It was an applied study with a non-experimental design (causal correlational). The sample was made up of 105 students. A non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used for its estimation. A survey was applied to students of professional school of international business. It had a quantitative approach and the Ordinal Logistic Regression model was used to measure the level of incidence between the variables. Also the Negelkerke test that corrected the scale of the statistic, Spearman coefficient that measured the strength and direction of incidence between the variables to find level of variation between the variables Rho = 0.327 (p < 0.01). For processing, SPSS – version 25 was used. With this procedural consistency, the main result was to demonstrate with Nagelkerke that entrepreneurial culture has a direct and significant impact of 11% on the entrepreneurial vision of international business students at a university. private, thus achieving the purpose.
