This research presents a systematic review focused on pedagogical mentoring in higher education. Twenty-five selected studies from prominent databases such as Scopus, Eric, and EBSCO host were analyzed. The methodology included document analysis and a systematic review approach, from the identification of relevant literature to the evaluation of findings. The results demonstrate a significantly positive impact of pedagogical mentoring on the academic and personal development of higher education students. The study offers a comprehensive perspective, emphasizing the importance of pedagogical mentoring and its effectiveness in improving educational practices. These findings provide a valuable foundation for future research and enhancements in the quality of higher education.
