This article analyzes various positions of research and analysis of the national situation focused on the conflict between the Executive and Legislative Branches, generated between the years 2015 and 2021, sustained within constitutional law, causing the crisis of governability and political destabilization. The mechanisms of Censorship, Issues of trust, Conflict, Balance of powers that were executed in Peru and the analysis adjusted to constitutional law on powers as a means of political control are analyzed, responding to a methodological procedure of documentary analysis, starting from a vision eminently analytical of previous studies, by experts who published various articles, agreeing on the gaps in interpretation of the constitutional framework that enables the use of mechanisms to maintain balance within the separation of powers.
