The objective of this research was to determine the difference in the academic performance of the annual average in 5th grade high school students between the years 2018 to 2022 when using digital tools. The type of research is applied, the proposed design was experimental with one factor, the approach was quantitative. An experimental study was carried out to see if there is a difference in the average annual performance of fifth grade high school students when technological tools were used during the years 2018 to 2022. For data collection, the record review technique was used, having as an instrument the minutes of SIAGIE notes from the years 2018 to 2022. It is concluded that there is a highly significant difference in the average annual performance from the years 2018 to 2019, where technology is not used, with the years 2020 to 2022, years in which it is used. use technology.
