The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the implementation of the electronic judicial file on the document management processes of the corporate module of Ayacucho, 2023, which was proposed with a quantitative approach under a non-experimental design since the variables were not manipulated; For the field work, a sample consisting of 30 users and workers of the corporate module of Ayacucho was considered, to whom the questionnaires referring to the variable electronic judicial files and document management were applied, which went through validation and reliability processes before being applied. The results show regarding the variable electronic files that the tendency is that this process is at a regular to low level, a similar situation occurs with the variable document management. The data processed finally allowed to conclude that the implementation of the electronic judicial file process influences the document management processes of the corporate module of Ayacucho, 2023, where 67.5% of the variability of the levels of the document management processes depend on the implementation processes regarding electronic judicial files.
