This article focuses on the analysis of issues related to women and vulnerable groups (children and adolescents, older adults, and people with disabilities) from the perspective of global social inclusion in national and international public policies. Social inclusion guarantees that everyone has access to opportunities and resources, regardless of their origin, disability, age, gender, race, or socioeconomic status. This framework includes children, adolescents, women in vulnerable situations, older adults, Indigenous and Asháninka peoples, people living in Brazilian favelas, informal settlements or low-income neighborhoods in Africa, and other countries worldwide, preventing their exclusion due to poverty. It also highlights how international relations contribute to sharing knowledge, resources, legal frameworks, and best practices to address global challenges such as poverty, inequality, and discrimination. Furthermore, the report highlights the leadership of many women who, thanks to their professional and managerial skills and strong social commitment, have reached high-level positions, successfully leading various public and private institutions in Peru and around the world.
