The research aimed to evaluate the impact of judgment enforcement in administrative litigation on effective judicial protection in Metropolitan Lima during 2026. A quantitative approach was used, with an applied research design, a non-experimental approach, and a cross-sectional study. The population and sample consisted of 38 legal specialists from Metropolitan Lima, selected through census sampling. The results showed that 63% of the specialists strongly agreed with the proper development, compliance, and enforcement of administrative litigation judgments, while 66% strongly agreed with the guarantee of effective judicial protection. Inferential analysis determined a significant influence between the variables (p = 0.001), and Nagelkerke’s coefficient (0.792) indicated that judgment enforcement explains 79.2% of the variability in effective judicial protection. It also explained 75.6% of access to justice, 78.2% of due process, and 81.6% of the effectiveness of judicial protection. It is concluded that the enforcement of judgments significantly strengthens effective judicial protection, guaranteeing access to justice, due process, and judicial protection.
