The objective of this article is to review the studies carried out by various authors and researchers on the modernization of public management, in order to identify what has been investigated on the modernization of public management and to investigate what is known about the subject in question. The review presents a qualitative approach and is descriptive, given that it seeks to provide an update on the modernization of public management, a bibliographic review was carried out and 6 theses were analyzed, which were extracted from various repositories.
