The objective of this study was to analyze the importance of using digital skills to strengthen the teaching-learning process. The methodology was developed under the quantitative approach, of bibliographic review. The population consisted of the review of 40 scientific articles from the Redalyc, Scopus, Scielo, Redib, Google Schollar and Dialnet databases between 2019 and 2023. The results reflected that there is a need to strengthen digital skills in the process. teaching-learning by teachers and students. It was concluded that in the pedagogical process, teaching practices in the classroom must be accessible through digital competences, where the institution and teachers must focus on adapting the educational infrastructure to have access to the Internet and optimal educational quality.
