The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the Nudge in the management of support and monitoring for engagement academic in scholarship holders from a public university in the Huanuco region. The research had a quasi-experimental design. To manage accompaniment in engagement academic issues, a semester plan was designed and implemented base don the use of nudges in the social dimensión: social norms and incentives, rewards or punishments and in the individual dimensión: predetermined options and reminders; this was applied for 16 weels, before and after the application of the nudges, a pre and post test was taken to measure the vigor, dedication and absorption of engagement academic; for data collection, the Utrecht Work Engagement Student – Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2003) was applied. In addition to the collection of statistical data, the results of the grades of the intervened students were analyzed. Finally, it was identified that the engagement scale measures academic in the experimental group has been very high; the results show that the leve lof engagement academic increased in its three dimensions after the application of the strategy. In conclusión, the use of Nudge in the management of accompaniment improved the leve lof engagement academic of the university scholarship holders from the Huanuco región.
