The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of public policies for children on the integral development of 05 year old children in an educational institution in Lima, 2023. It responds to the need to recognize the importance of public policies for children to guarantee that all children have access to their rights, such as health, healthy nutrition, identity and protection. The proposed research has a quantitative, applied approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The level was correlational-causal, the method was hypothetical-deductive. The sampling population consisted of 80 mothers of 5-year-old sections, data collection was carried out through two questionnaires, these instruments were validated by expert judgment, obtaining unanimously the applicability of the same, its reliability was established through the statistical test of reliability Cronbach’s Alpha, which determined that they are reliable. The statistical results of the hypothesis test concluded that the null hypothesis was rejected, that is, it was affirmed that there is an incidence of public policies for children on integral development and its dimensions, according to the level of significance obtained.
