The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between management competencies and Learning Management in Secondary Education Institutions in the Urban Area of the District of Yanacancha, Pasco – 2018. The study method is non-experimental, transectional, descriptive and correlational, quantitative approach and probabilistic sampling of a sample of 116 students. Two questionnaires with Likert-type scale were used, with a reliability value through Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.814 (first instrument) and 0 ,920 (second instrument) and validity with a confirmatory factor analysis through the SPSS program. After the statistical treatment, it was found that there is a very high positive relationship between managerial competencies and learning management in the Educational Institutions of the Secondary Level of the Urban Area of the District of Yanacancha, Pasco – 2018. According to the values of r= 0 ,966; p=,000 < ,050.
