To determine the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on user satisfaction at an emergency hospital in Lima during 2026. The hypothesis was that the implementation of AI tools significantly contributes to improving user satisfaction by optimizing care processes, information management, and strengthening institutional responsiveness. A quantitative, applied, explanatory, non-experimental, cross-sectional study was conducted. The population and sample consisted of 48 public health specialists, selected through census sampling. The data collection technique was a survey, and the instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire. Ordinal logistic regression showed that the use of AI significantly impacts user satisfaction, achieving a statistical significance of p = 0.000. Furthermore, Nagelkerke’s coefficient was 0.915, indicating that the model explains approximately 91.5% of the variability in user satisfaction. The use of artificial intelligence is a key factor in strengthening user satisfaction at an emergency hospital in Lima, by facilitating more efficient, timely, and user-centered care. Therefore, it is recommended that the progressive integration of AI-based solutions be promoted as a strategy to optimize the quality of healthcare services and strengthen hospital management.
